Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • All orders are shipped via USPS.
  • We currently offer:
  • USPS First Class Mail
  • USPS Priority Mail (when applicable)

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on USPS pricing, package weight, and destination.
  • Any applicable taxes and shipping fees will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the USPS system.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (after processing):
        • USPS First Class Mail: 3–7 business days
        • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

Incorrect Address & Lost Packages
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • Pretty Things Store is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If USPS marks a package as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local post office first.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
